1| On 14 Ab, that is day 19 of Pahons, in year 25 of King Artaxerxes, Peu

2| son of Pahe, builder of Syene the fortress, said to Mibtahiah daughter of Mahseiah son of Jedaniah,

3| Arameans of Syene, of the detachment of Varizath: Concerning the lawsuit that we brought in Syene, we contested over silver

4| and grain and clothing and bronze and iron, all goods and property, and the marriage document. Then an oath

5| was laid upon you, and by Sati the goddess you swore to me about them, and my heart was satisfied

6| with that oath that you made to me concerning {those} goods, and I withdraw from you from

7| this day and forever. I shall not be able to bring suit or action against you, you or a son

8| or a daughter of yours, concerning those goods about which you swore to me. If I bring against you

9| suit or process, or a son of mine or {a daughter} of mine brings suit against you, in the matter of that oath, I, Peu, and my children

10| shall give to Mibtahiah silver 5 karsh by the king's weights, and there shall be no suit and no process,

11| and I am withdrawn from all suit or action. This document was written by Petisi son of Nabunathan

12| at Syene the fortress, as dictated by Peu son of Pahe. The witnesses hereto: Nabure'i son of Nabunathan;

13| Luhi son of Manki; {Udanahar} son of {Duma}; Nabure'i son of Vashtan.

14| (Endorsement) Document of withdrawal that Peu wrote for Mibta[hiah].
