affliction and purified by the crucible [...] [who restrain themselves] until the time of your judgments
and watch for your salvation [...] and you [...] and you have strengthened your statutes by their hand, to do
the judgment of the world and to inherit in all [your righteous acts] [and] [to] [be] [in] [the] council of holiness for everlasting generations [...] and all
the remnant of their deeds with [delight] [...] the men of your vision [...]
[Blessed] [are you], O LORD, who gives into the heart of your servant understanding
to be instructed in all these things and to [understand] [...] and to restrain himself from deeds of wickedness, and to bless
in righteousness all who choose your will, [to] [choose] [in] [all] [that] you have loved, and to abhor all that
[you have hated] [...] and you have made your servant wise [in] [...] the lots of man [...] for according to the spirits you cast them, between
good and evil, [and] you have established [...] the completeness of their deed [...] and I know from your understanding
that by your will in [a man] [you have increased] his inheritance in the spirit of your holiness [...] and thus you bring him near to your understanding [...] and according to
his nearness is his zeal against all workers of wickedness and men of deceit [...] for all who are near you do not rebel against your word
and all who know you do not change your words [...] for you are righteous, and all your chosen are true [...] and all iniquity
and wickedness you will destroy forever [...] and your righteousness has been revealed to the eyes of all your works [...]
and I know, by the abundance of your goodness and by an oath I have established upon my soul, not to sin against you
[and] not to do any of the evil in your eyes [...] and thus I have been brought near in the Community, all the men of my council [...] according to
