And on the plain they shall go to strike and to plunder the cities of the land
For he is the one who said, to possess dwelling places not his own [...] fearsome
and dreadful. From him his judgment and his dignity go forth [...]
Its interpretation: concerning the Kittim, whose dread and terror are upon all
the nations [...] and by design all their intent is to do evil, and with cunning and deceit
they walk with all the peoples [...] and the sound of his horses is more than leopards, and they are swifter
than wolves of the evening [...] and they spread out; his horsemen spread out from afar
they fly like an eagle hastening to devour. All of it comes for violence; the aim of
their faces is the east wind [...] [Its interpretation:] concerning the Kittim who
trample the land with [their horses] and with their beasts [...] and from afar
they come from the isles of the sea to devour [all] the peoples like an eagle
and there is no satiety [...] and with wrath and [anger] and with burning of the nose and rage
of nostrils they speak with all [the] [peoples], [for] he is the one who
said [the aim of] [their faces] [is the east wind] [...] [and] [he gathers] captives [like] [the sand] [...]
