Its interpretation concerns all who do the Law in the House of Judah, whom
God will deliver from the house of judgment, on account of their suffering and their faithfulness
to the Teacher of Righteousness [...] And moreover, because wealth betrays an arrogant man, and he does not
abide, who has enlarged his appetite like Sheol, and [he], like death, is never satisfied [...]
and all the nations are gathered to him, and all the peoples are collected to him [...]
Shall not all of them take up a taunt against him, and mocking riddles for him,
and say, 'Woe to him who multiplies what is not his own — how long will he load himself
with debt [...] Its interpretation concerns the Wicked Priest, who
was called by the name of truth at the beginning of his standing; but when he ruled
over Israel, his heart became proud, and he forsook God and [betrayed] the statutes for the sake of
wealth [...] and he robbed and amassed the wealth of the men of violence who rebelled against God,
and he took the wealth of peoples, adding to himself the iniquity of guilt; and ways of
[abominations] he committed in every unclean defilement [...] Will they not suddenly rise up
and [those who bite you], and those who shake you awake, and you will become plunder to them [...]
For you have plundered many nations, and all the rest of the peoples will plunder you [...]
