for its stones to be laid in oppression, and the beam of its timber in robbery [...] and what

he said: 'the utmost parts of many peoples,' and 'you have sinned against your soul' [...]

Its interpretation: it is the house of judgment, where God will give

his judgment in the midst of many peoples, and from there He will bring him up for judgment

and in their midst He will condemn him, and with fire and brimstone He will judge him [...] Woe

to him who builds a city with blood, and founds a town with injustice [...] Is it not

behold, from the LORD of Hosts peoples toil for fire

and nations weary themselves for nothing [...]

Its interpretation concerns the Preacher of the Lie who led many astray

to build a city of vanity with blood, and to establish a congregation with falsehood

for the sake of its glory, wearying many in vain labor and making them conceive

in [deeds] of falsehood, so that their labor would be for nothing, so that they would come

to judgments of fire, because they blasphemed and reviled God's chosen ones [...]

For the earth will be filled with knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters

cover the sea [...] Its interpretation: [that]
