[He shall swear] neither by Aleph and Lamed nor by Aleph and Dalet, except the oath of the sons/covenanters
by the oaths of the covenant [...] and the Law of Moses he shall not invoke, for in it is every interpretation of the Name [...]
And if he swears and transgresses and profanes the Name [...] and if by the oaths of the covenant [he swears] [before]
the judges [...] if he has transgressed, he bears the guilt, and he must acknowledge it and make restitution, and he shall not bear sin
[and] [he shall die] [...] and he who enters the covenant for all Israel as an eternal statute — their sons who reach
the age to pass among those enrolled shall have the oath of the covenant established upon them [...] and likewise
the rule, in every age of wickedness, for all who turn back from his corrupt way [...] on the day he speaks
with the Overseer who is over the Many; they shall enroll him under the sworn pledge of the covenant that
Moses [made] with Israel — his word, to [return] again unto the Torah of Moses with a whole heart and [with] [all]
soul, to what is found to do in [every] age [of his drawing near] [...] and no man shall inform him of
the judgments until he stands before the Overseer, lest he be enticed by him when he examines him [...]
And when he lays the obligation upon him to turn back to the Torah of Moses with the whole heart and all soul
[they] are cleared on account of him if he transgresses [...] and all that is revealed from the Law to the majority
of the camp, and he erred in it, [the Overseer shall inform] him of it and command him, and [he shall be taught]
for a full year, and according to his understanding shall his being [...] a fool and a madman, and every [simpleton] [and] [deviant]
and one dim of eyes so as [not] [to see], [and] the lame [or] the crippled [or] the deaf, and a young [child] — none
[of these] shall enter [into the midst of] the congregation, [for] [the angels] of [holiness] are [in your midst] [...] to them
