with you a covenant, and with all Israel [...] Therefore a man shall take an oath upon his soul to return to
Moses's law, since every detail is spelled out with precision within it [...] and the exact reckoning of their periods for the blindness of
Israel from all these things; behold, it is spelled out with precision within the scroll that divides up the times
into jubilee-cycles and weeks of years [...] and on the day a man binds his soul by oath to return
to Moses's law, the angel of Hostility shall turn away from following him, if he carries out his words [...]
For this reason Abraham underwent circumcision on the day he came to knowledge [...] and as for what he said, that which comes forth from your lips
you shall keep, to fulfill [...] every binding oath which a man takes upon his soul
to do a thing from the law, even were death the cost, he shall not buy his way out of it [...] all that
[a man] takes upon his soul to turn away [from] [the] [law], even at the price of death he shall not fulfill it [...]
[Concerning] the oath of the woman which [her husband] [said], to annul her oath [...] not
shall a man annul an oath about which he did not? [know it], to fulfill it; and if to annul it [...]
if it is to transgress the covenant, he shall annul it and not fulfill it [...] and likewise is the ruling for her father [...]
Concerning the ruling of the voluntary offerings: a man shall not vow to the altar anything gained by extortion [...] and also
the [priests] shall not take from Israel [anything extorted] [...] a man shall not dedicate the food of
his mouth [to] [God], for it is he who said: 'each man hunts his fellow with a net' [...] and not
[shall dedicate] a man from anything [...] [and] [if] [from] the field of his possession
he shall dedicate it to [God] [...] [also] this [ruling] [...] and he shall be punished
the one who vows [...] [the money] of [his assessed value] [...]
for [the judges] to [judge] [righteousness] [and] to [assess the value] [...] [after] [the] [one confessing] [...]
